How do I create a story?
Tap "Create Story" on the home screen, choose a story type (Sleep, Adventure, Fantasy, Learning, or Sci-Fi), then speak your story idea into the microphone. AI will transform it into a narrated tale!
How many stories can I create for free?
Free users can create up to 3 stories per month and save 1 story to their library. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited stories and saves.
What languages are supported?
TaleTime Kids supports English (US), Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese (Simplified), and Spanish.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → TaleTime Kids. From there you can manage or cancel your subscription.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. All data is stored securely on your device and in your personal iCloud. We don't track users or share data with third parties. The app is COPPA compliant.
Why do I need to sign in with Apple?
Sign in with Apple provides secure authentication and allows us to sync your stories across your devices using iCloud. Your Apple ID information is kept private.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings (for grown-ups) → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will remove all your data from our servers.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please email us at sampaioa_projects@hotmail.com with details about the problem.
