1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TaleTime Kids ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TaleTime Kids is a children's storytelling app that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized audio stories based on voice input. The App is intended for use by children under parental supervision.
3. User Accounts
- Sign in with Apple is required to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's use of the App
- You must provide accurate information during the child setup process
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free Tier: Create up to 3 stories per month, save 1 to library
- Premium: Unlimited stories, saves, and all story lengths
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass parental controls
- Submit inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content through voice prompts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to generate content that violates any laws or third-party rights
6. AI-Generated Content
- Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain unexpected content
- We implement content filters to ensure age-appropriate stories
- Parents should review stories with young children
- We are not responsible for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or inappropriate despite our safeguards
7. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content are owned by TaleTime Kids
- Stories generated for you are yours to keep and share
- You may not redistribute the App or its code
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI-generated stories will always meet your expectations
- The App will be compatible with all devices
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleTime Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
